We are a small company and we pride ourselves in quality products and customer satisfaction. If the item is unused and for any reason you are unhappy with the product, we will gladly process a return or an exchange within the first 30 days of receiving your order. To start a return we must hear from you first. Email us at support@whatsupbeautiful.com with your order number and a brief description.

Our suppliers try hard to quality control all items but if a product arrives which was poorly made then please contact us immediately so we can talk to our suppliers and arrange a solution to the problem.
