Unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, email support@whatsupbeauty.com with your order number. Customers are responsible for return shipping; refunds will be processed following inspection and approval.

Although our suppliers enforce quality controls, defects can occur. If you receive a poorly made item, contact support@whatsupbeauty.com right away with your order number and photos so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
